Oct 8, 2013
Topgolf hosting all-night campout in anticipation of The Colony location’s grand opening; 100 Twilight campers will win Topgolf for a year

DALLAS – Oct. 8, 2013 – Dallas-based Topgolf will celebrate the opening of its 10th location with an all-night party featuring a DJ, complimentary food and soft drinks, entertainment, prizes and games. The family friendly “Twilight at TopGolf” event will take place Saturday, Nov. 2, in the parking lot at its new 3760 Blair Oaks address in The Colony. One hundred selected guests will have the opportunity to earn a year’s worth of Topgolf game credit.

Interested adults (ages 18+) should visit Topgolf The Colony at noon on Nov. 2 to enter for a chance to attend Twilight and earn a coveted grand prize. A lottery drawing will be held at 1 p.m. to select 100 Twilight participants and three alternates. These 103 lottery winners will be invited to return to Topgolf between 7 and 8 p.m. that evening with two guests (ages 6+).

Twilight participants and guests will then camp out in tents until 8 a.m. on Nov. 3, at which time the facility will be opened for a complimentary breakfast and Topgolf play. Participants who successfully camp out all night will receive a Lifetime membership loaded with a year’s worth of Topgolf game credit, for a total approximate retail value of $485.

“The Colony will be Topgolf’s third location in the DFW metropolex, so it was important for us to celebrate this opening in a way that would really ‘WOW’ the community,” said Topgolf CEO Tom Leverton.
