Lynda Firey Oldroyd

Vice President of Guest Insights and Strategy, Topgolf


As Vice President of Guest Insights and Strategy for all Topgolf business divisions, Lynda creates and manages the strategic vision and executional roadmap for Topgolf's guest insights and strategy initiatives. 

Lynda joined Topgolf in February 2019 after an adventurous career that included senior roles at PepsiCo, Nordstrom, Gap and Starbucks. Her experience creating value through insights can be found from her work on tough business problems like Pepsi's transformation from a soft drink company to a total beverage company, Taco Bell's turnaround, and Nordstrom's becoming a leading Millennial brand.

Lynda is passionate about leveraging people, culture, macro trends and analytics to build compelling stories. In addition, she is known for her talents in translating research and observations into clear insights and business implications. 

Lynda earned her undergraduate degree and MBA from Virginia Tech. In her spare time, she swims, paddleboards, hikes and lovingly tends to her small, but impressive garden.
