Rebecca (Becky) Fine is the Chief People Officer for Topgolf Entertainment Group leading the company’s people capability strategies and culture for more than 20,000 associates across the globe.
Becky joined Topgolf in 2019 with over 30 years of human resources and operations experience in the food and beverage industry. She has spent most of her career helping companies drive profitable growth, starting with company culture as the focal point.
Prior to joining Topgolf, Becky worked with Millstone Capital Advisors as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of Lion’s Choice. In addition, she has held roles including Chief Operating Officer of Honolulu Coffee Company in Hawaii and Chief People Officer of Panera Bread where she was named one of the most influential women in restaurants by QSR Magazine. Becky currently serves on the Board of Directors for Native Foods, a premier fast-casual vegan restaurant group.
Becky is known for her hands-on approach to learning businesses from the inside out, as well as being a culture-keeper and an obstacle-remover. She considers herself a businesswoman first and a human resources professional second.
Fine is passionate about giving back and helping people develop the skills they need for success. For 10 years, Fine served as Chairwoman of Winning Women, a non-profit women’s foundation that focuses on mentoring women in business and politics to bridge gaps and remove barriers to success.
