As Vice President of Operations, Dominic Gooder oversees Topgolf’s food and beverage program, Guest support center, golf services and Topgolf U instruction, U.K. operations and high-priority strategic projects.
Dominic joined Topgolf in August 2013 in the U.K. He moved to the U.S. in September 2014 to serve as National Director of Operations. Dominic has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having previously served as a Regional Operations Director for the Whitbread Group and Admiral Taverns in the U.K. In those roles, he was responsible for the operations of more than 300 locations.
Dominic earned a post-graduate diploma in Management Studies in Birmingham, U.K. He has fully embraced American culture but refuses to partake in ranch dressing, bacon or cheese. When not playing golf, Dominic can be found cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and his favorite player Cole Beasley.
