Nissan Stadium, from July 20 to 23, will play host to Topgolf Crush, Topgolf announced on Friday, allowing golfers of any skill level to hit balls from the stands of the stadium into giant targets on the field.
PGA Tour player Kevin Kisner is among the big names who have descended upon Fort Worth for this week's Dean and DeLuca Invitational at Colonial Country Club and Tuesday evening, he was part of a “Meet & Greet” with fans at the new Topgolf near downtown Fort Worth.
Topgolf arrived in the U.S. in 2005, but recently opened its first northeast location in Edison, NJ.
The move is tied to a new partnership between Topgolf and Full Swing Golf, whose simulators Topgolf will use as it seeks to expand a new concept called the Topgolf Swing Suite lounge.
The growing sports entertainment company operates more than 30 driving-range-meets-bowling-alley entertainment facilities — with 11 more soon to open — that feature 6-person hitting bays with microchipped trackable golf balls, along with food, drink, TV screens, free WiFi, and much more.
