Topgolf, a golf entertainment company that's popular with non-golfers, operates driving-range-like complexes with a twist. Their venues drew 13 million visitors in 2017, with more than half counted as millennials.
Topgolf, a Dallas, Texas-based company that specializes in venues offering a high-tech golf experience as well as dining and entertainment, announced May 8 it will build one of its golfing emporiums in Baltimore just north of the casino.
Topgolf offers multiple game options, but the most popular is cleverly called “Topgolf.” It’s basically driving-range target practice.
The attraction will anchor a new sports and entertainment district near the stadiums.
