As President of Topgolf International, Troy Warfield is responsible for overseeing the company’s global expansion outside of the U.S. Troy is passionate about sharing the Topgolf experience to help grow the game of golf.
Before Topgolf, Troy served as Executive Director of Management Committee at British Airways and Director of Customer Experience, leading a company of 16,000 employees. He brings decades of experience in sales, marketing, general and board-level management for premier brands such as Kimberly-Clark, Avis and Unilever. Throughout his career, Troy has led international teams in Europe, Australia, Asia and globally.
Troy is a graduate of the University of New South Wales and earned his MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Australia. He has three children and is on a struggling yet never-ending quest to be a cool dad. A former Rugby player, Troy loves to travel and holds a special place in his heart for sushi.
