Situated near the Convention Center, the proposed Topgolf venue features three-levels and 102 climate-controlled bays

DALLAS, Feb. 16, 2023 – Modern golf entertainment leader Topgolf has initiated plans to bring a three-story venue to New Orleans. The signature technology-enabled entertainment experience will serve as an anchor for the new River District neighborhood. Construction efforts are expected to begin in late 2023.

The proposed venue, which is expected to be built on a parcel of the River District neighborhood development near Tchoupitoulas and Henderson streets, would feature 102 outdoor, climate-controlled hitting bays for year-round programming.

The venue will be fully equipped with Topgolf's proprietary Toptracer technology, which enables Players to enjoy interactive games such as Angry Birds – a favorite among kids and adults – and chef-driven menu items, top-shelf drinks, big screen TVs and music.

Upon completion, the Topgolf venue will employ approximately 400 Playmakers, further strengthening the region's economy.
